Annie Zhang

Annie Zhang is president of the Student Advisory Council. She is currently a senior at Langley High School and plans to study computer science and law in the future.

She has always been passionate about human trafficking and had done considerable research on how she could help make a difference before finding her place at ATI.

Annie also works on a project focused on educational equity and enjoys various other volunteer opportunities. She has always found her voice to be the strongest when arguing for a change in society, especially against rape culture, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, as she has seen firsthand how destructive it can be for teens.

When Annie is not in school or advocating for important issues, you can find her reading (her favorite book is The Waves by Virginia Woolf), listening to music, or writing poetry.
