Alcinda Hatfield is a Community Ambassador with Anti-Trafficking International and a Colson Fellow. She holds degrees in international relations and political science from The American University in Washington, D.C. Alcinda worked with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service in China and India conducting market research, and also worked in India with the U.S. Department of State. After returning to the U.S., she focused on raising her three children and teaching educational programs at her farm in Virginia. Alcinda has mentored hundreds of children through volunteer programs in local faith-based and secular organizations. More recently, she developed a sex trafficking prevention curriculum for faith-based communities entitled, Know the Truth to Recognize the Lies in conjunction with Anti-Trafficking International’s Just Ask Prevention curriculum program.
