We hear that a lot from the citizens of Fairfax County. Being one of the nation’s wealthiest counties, it is something of a shock when people learn of our struggle with human sex trafficking. They become even more concerned when they learn that the humans they primarily traffic are just teenagers. So how did we get here and what can we do to solve the problem?
